Return Guidelines

• THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS DUE TO COVID 19. There WILL ONLY BE AN EXCHANGE IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN UPON ARRIVING.   

• Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for an exchange or refund.

• All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or returned beyond 30 days will result in the ineligibility to receive a refund or exchange and will be discarded.

• Items that are on sale are FINAL SALE.

• If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email sketchedbysuziee@gmail.com within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

• All items are returned to Sketched Cosmetics at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

• It takes up to three weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

• A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to . Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

• Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your refund/exchange.
